No postcards actually sent!

Created six postcards to send to various family members and even though I was charged $2.49 for each one, none of my recipients got their postcards. Email inquiry to feedback address provided in app have gone unanswered. No phone number provided. Finally gave up and re-did postcards in Touchnote app. Dont waste your time or money on this app.
